Managing Director

Marcus has over 10 years recruitment experience, starting his career as an IT Recruitment Consultant for a market leading group of agencies.  He has since launched two very successful recruitment agencies for the same group, the latter being the fastest growing HR consultancy in the UK, setting ground breaking expectations into this market.  Marcus and fellow Director Rob Bascombe launched Proactive to take their delivery based ethos and client expectations to the next level as the agency of choice for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Sales Director

Rob has over 6 years experience in recruitment, like Marcus entering the market in the highly competitive IT sector.  Rob was originally hired by Marcus as a consultant and they share the same views of the high standards and work ethic required to be Number One in the market place.  Rob has been recruiting HR Professionals for over 4 years now and has joined Marcus as a co-founder of  Proactive to realise his high standards and help take Proactive HR to become the agency of choice in the HR market place.
