Most HR recruitment agencies just identify a good candidate and send them out to multiple vacancies causing a bidding battle between companies for the right staff.  
When we resource your HR job we are talking to candidates about your specific role and only your role which means the chances of the candidate accepting the job are far more likely and consequently our job to placement ratio is second to none.
